Job Type: Casual & Full-Time Positions Available
Hours: 25-38 hours per week
What You’ll Do
Inspire Donors: Build meaningful connections over the phone and encourage continued support for partner charities.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a positive donor experience by fostering trust and rapport.
Achieve Goals: Help the team succeed by meeting individual and group fundraising targets.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Previous fundraising or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
